Our factories use the finest materials and state of the art equipment to ensure our products can withstand the stresses of everyday life while being the best choice for your home and family.

PREMIUM RAW MATERIALS

We only use the most premium raw materials in our colors, resulting in the brightest whites available in the industry. In addition, this allows us to achieve a level of translucency which gives more depth to the designs. By selecting only superfine grain particles, we are able to achieve a silky smooth look and feel.

We pride ourselves on using recycled materials, wherever possible, when manufacturing our products. Spectrum Quartz is manufactured with a new sustainable technology using 99% recycled water and recycled materials in its formulation.

PATENTED PROCESSES

Utilizing over 15 issued US utility patents and over 20 international patents, our colors utilize technology which allows us to provide the most realistic movement and veining only found in natural stone. Natural stone vein formation occurs when the Earth’s movements produce fissures in the stone. Colored minerals are deposited into the fissure, creating a vein. These veins are then sealed into the stone over time. The patented processes allow us to copy these principles of natural stone, resulting in the most realistic vein movement in the industry.

Focusing on our trade partners, we consciously try to reduce the amount of crystalline silica in our formulations in order to reduce risk of occupational hazards such as silicosis.
